Bracknell Forest households can expect lower energy bills next year
Households across Bracknell Forest will enjoy lower energy bills from March next year thanks to government reforms.
The Labour government has axed two energy supplier costs – the ECO and RO schemes – which amount to an average of £150 per household’s energy bills.
The cut has come through the 2026 budget, which has focused on measures to tackle the cost of living for families, commuters, and small businesses.
Costs are expected to come down from March 2026, with funding for the cut in place for the next 3 years.
